Designed and shipped microservices for NAV (Norway's Labour & Welfare Administration) — sick leave, follow-up plans, manager updates — and moved legacy services off the monolith into distributed ones.

Built customer-facing certificate management on Azure Key Vault, keeping credentials out of the app and serving them over gRPC.

Rebuilt NAV's SOAP integrations as centralized, multi-tenant APIs, and moved follow-up workflows onto OAuth2 Maskinporten and REST.

Migrated Absence Management from legacy MVC to Spring Boot REST — incrementally, behind anti-corruption layers, so delivery never stopped for the re-architecture.

Set up React across the org: CI/CD pipelines and monorepo conventions for the front end.

Built a multi-service Gradle monorepo — separate modules, independent CI/CD each — with shared libraries for gRPC, protobufs, and common logic.

First team in the company to adopt WCAG accessibility across product modules.

Shipped agentic AI features — an NLP-driven filter for large data overviews, and a natural-language reporting dashboard that generates reports, charts, and trends on the fly.

Cut Gradle build times with smarter caching, and sped up BFF loads by parallelizing requests.

Moved gigabytes of data and files from the monolith database to multi-tenant services with zero downtime.

Won or placed in several internal hackathons and security fests, for AI features and prototypes.
